All our buildings are constructed of Virginia pine and we love it!  We also grow and sell SMALL SQUARE BALE HAY (timothy, orchard, clover mix).

We are a Mom & Pop, family operated business featuring southeastern Indiana hardwoods, Virginia pine, and hay. Our wood processing operations start in the woods with purchase of standing timber.  We then log, transport, saw, air dry, kiln dry, and mill to finished lumber and trim.  Our primary objectives are to use what the woods provide for us and to encourage one-of-a-kind creativity.  We strive to maximize all types of surface figure, character, and color via multiple sawing techniques; flat, quarter, rift; heart wood; log flitches (book matching); crotch flitches; live edge; various widths, thickness, and length (6” to 20” W, 1” to 2 ¼” T, 4’, 6’, 8’, 10’, 12’ L); also burls, decorative/craft, gun stock pieces (various sizes). Additionally, we have a variety of air dried box the heart hard wood 6”x6” beams.

CRADLE TO GRAVE:  We have put together a team that can log your trees; transport to our facilities for sawing and air drying; transport to your building site; and construct your barn, shelter, or other out buildings.

Operational Hours & Appointments:

Since we are a Mom & Pop operation, we are often away from our facilities, working in the woods, coordinating projects, working hay, etc...  Accordingly, our standard Studio hours are Thursday and Friday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM. However, please feel free to contact us for an appointment and we will strive to meet with you as soon as possible.

We look forward to working with you and treating you the way we want to be treated!  In fact, that is our customer service standard.
